The role of a Child Care Worker is to effectively supervise and provide guidance to residents and implement treatment guidelines outlined by Rancho. He/She is responsible to assist in developing an atmosphere within the dorm that encourages residents to learn to make more appropriate choices, use better judgment, and increase his chances of success as a young adult. Some duties include: Individual and group counseling, keeping prescribed records and daily logs, and supervising outing and recreational activities.
Requirements:

1. A High School Diploma or GED with prior residential experience or 60 college units or BA degree in Social Services field is preferred.
2. A valid CA Drivers License with good DMV record.
3. Fingerprint clearance
Schedules:
(A-shift) 44 hours per week, Sunday- Wednesday
(B-shift) 42.5 hours per week, Wednesday- Saturday
(C-shift) 40 hours per week, Friday- Saturday
Part-time 35 hours per week, Tuesday- Saturday
